Forms and service providers

Our website uses third-party form and communications providers to receive and manage inquiries. Information you submit through a form is sent to the provider handling that form and shared with us so we can follow up. We may also use providers for website hosting, analytics, and advertising. They process information to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Quote requests from our advertising landing page are submitted to CITED to deliver the lead to us, together with any available advertising click and campaign identifiers.

Website and advertising data

Our website and advertising pages may collect technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, referring page, and pages visited. Advertising links may contain click identifiers or campaign parameters. We may use cookies, browser storage, and tools such as Google Ads to understand inquiries and measure whether an ad led to a call or quote request. You can manage cookies in your browser and use the privacy controls offered by the advertising providers you use.

On our Google Ads landing page, advertising identifiers are stored in your browser and reused for up to 90 days to attribute an inquiry. Your submitted phone number is also kept in session storage and may be provided to Google for enhanced conversion measurement when you reach the thank-you page. The landing page enables Google advertising and analytics storage by default. Text messages

If you text us about a job, we use your message and number to reply to your inquiry. Separate review-request text messages are sent only with your consent, as described in our SMS Messaging Consent Policy. You can reply STOP to opt out of those messages or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and job information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, email info@jydserviceco.com. We may need to keep information where required for legal or business records.
